Beautiful yellow color with golden reflections. Aromatically, it presents notes of stone fruit, such as peach and apricot, accompanied by light citrus. The well-integrated buttery sensations, with a touch of anise and vanilla come from the bâtonnage in barrel. The acidity is medium-high and accompanied by salty impressions, which are well balanced by the silky and ample body. At the end we have some notes of barrels that give it firmness and good gastronomic character
